We had two issues. Not only did we have a clogged toilet that we couldn’t get unclogged ourselves. With the recent arctic cold snap, we had a pipe freeze and burst. Talking to Jennifer and explaining that I am on a fixed income, she talked to Michael and they really are doing a good job working with me on the payment. They came out in the dark and fixed us up.
